Cosens Bay Road homes for sale
Cosens Bay Road is the main route to Cosens Bay, the best-known beach in Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park. Properties along it and near the park boundary are rural in character, with bigger parcels, more privacy and some of the widest views in the District. The park beside you is 3,218 hectares of grassland, ponderosa pine and Douglas fir, established in 1975 and expanded in 2008 (BC Parks).
The trade-offs are real. In summer, park visitors use the road. The park-edge location carries the highest wildfire-interface exposure in Coldstream. Services are thinner too: expect to check septic systems, driveway and road conditions, and internet options carefully.
